barre
Barre is where strength meets intention—and no, this is not ballet class.
While we borrow a few ballet-inspired movements, this is a low-impact, high-burn workout that blends Barre, Pilates, strength training, and Yoga into a full-body sculpt experience that sneaks up on you. Classes are intentionally mixed between the barre and the mat, combining small, controlled movements with weights and core work to build strength, stability, and definition from head to toe.
It may look subtle, but this class is spicy. The burn builds quietly, the shake is real, and you’ll leave feeling strong, sculpted, and energized—often surprised by just how effective those “small” movements really are.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means linking breath to movement—and that’s the heart of this class.
Vinyasa Flow at Gypsy Rising is a creative, non-heated yoga class that moves with intention. Each teacher brings their own unique style and sequencing, but every class is rooted in one goal: connecting body and breath through smooth, continuous movement.
Expect to flow from the mat to standing and back again, building strength, balance, and flexibility along the way. While this class is non-heated, it still offers plenty of challenge—just with more time to explore poses, transitions, and alignment than a faster-paced Power class.
Classes begin with a thoughtful warm-up, progress into flowing sequences, and end with longer, grounding stretches and a mindful cool-down. A Vinyasa class at Gypsy Rising checks all the boxes: movement, challenge, breath, and intention..
Chair Yoga
This is one of our most-loved—and most waitlisted—classes for a reason.
Chair Yoga at Gypsy Rising is about feeling good in your body again. We believe motion is lotion and movement is medicine, and this 45-minute class is intentionally designed to strengthen the connection between your body and your mind in a supportive, empowering way.
Part of class is spent seated, using the chair to build strength, flexibility, and mobility—especially through the hips, shoulders, and spine—while releasing tension and exploring movement that makes everyday life more enjoyable. We also spend a meaningful portion of class standing (with the option to remain seated at any time), focusing on balance, agility, and reminding your body what it was meant to do.
You’ll move. You’ll work. And most importantly, you’ll leave feeling more confident, capable, and connected to your body than when you walked in.
This class meets you where you are—and helps you discover just how much is still possible.
Power Vinyasa
This is where strength, sweat, and possibility collide.
Power Yoga at Gypsy Rising is a heated vinyasa flow practiced in a studio warmed between 90–100° with a combination of infrared and forced heat. Expect a strong, steady pace that builds heat, strength, and focus—while staying rooted in breath and smart sequencing.
While this class is physically challenging, it is intentionally taught to support all levels. You’ll be guided through modifications and options so you can work with your body, right where you are. Power Yoga is as much about discovering what’s possible as it is about building strength—often revealing abilities you didn’t even know you had.
Classes may include longer holds, dynamic standing sequences, core work, and opportunities to explore arm balances or inversions, all approached with curiosity rather than pressure.
With classes offered throughout the week, Power Yoga fits both those building a consistent routine and weekend warriors looking for a Saturday morning sweat session.

Chair STRENGTH
This is not a typical seated workout.
Chair Strength at Gypsy Rising was intentionally designed through the lens of Chair Yoga—rooted in what we know works: building muscle, improving stability, and supporting real-life movement. This class incorporates weights, Pilates balls, and a variety of props to create a full-body strength experience that is both accessible and effective.
Expect upbeat music, laughter, and work. This is a class for real people who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies. While the chair is used as a tool for support, much of the class challenges your strength, coordination, and balance in a way that’s practical and empowering.
We’re not precious here. We move with purpose. We build strength for everyday life.
You’ll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and proud of what your body can do.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt at Gypsy Rising is where yoga, strength, and heat come together for a full-body, high-intensity experience.
This is not a random mash-up of moves. Everything in this class is rooted in yoga—using intentional sequencing, breath, and mindful transitions—while incorporating weights and sculpt-style strength work to build muscle, endurance, and resilience.
Practiced in a heated studio, this class challenges you to work with the heat rather than fight it. You’ll move through powerful flows, strength intervals, and controlled sculpt movements that ask you to stay present, focused, and connected to your body, breath, and mind.

MAT Pilates
Pilates is for every body—and this class proves it.
Our non-heated, mat-based Pilates class offers a full-body workout focused on precision, control, and deep core strength. While the studio remains cozy and comfortable, the intense heat is removed so you can fully focus on movement quality, alignment, and breath.
Pilates is widely known for improving posture, balance, mobility, and core stability—making it an ideal practice for beginners, athletes, and anyone looking to build strength in a smart, sustainable way. This low-impact class strengthens from the inside out, targeting the muscles that support how you move in everyday life.

HOT Pilates Sculpt is a mat-based, full-body workout set to energizing music and practiced in a heated studio designed to make you work. yin yoga
Yin is an invitation to slow down and soften.
This quiet, meditative practice is designed to gently target the deeper layers of the body—connective tissues, joints, and fascia—through longer-held postures and mindful stillness. Poses are typically held for several minutes, allowing time to breathe, settle, and release in a way faster practices simply don’t allow.
At Gypsy Rising, Yin is about more than flexibility. It’s about learning to be with yourself—listening, letting go, and creating space in both body and mind. Expect a calm, grounded environment where stillness becomes powerful and patience becomes practice.
This class is the perfect counterbalance to more active formats like Power, Sculpt, and Pilates. You’ll leave feeling open, restored, and deeply relaxed—yet quietly strong.

Corporate Yoga
Gypsy Rising Yoga is available to host yoga classes for your next corporate event or as an offering to your employees.
Corporate Yoga is designed to educate, empower and bring relief to desk workers from the common issues and ailments they experience when working for long periods of time.
Some of the most common issues among desk workers include carpal tunnel syndrome, tight hamstrings, back pain, shoulder pain, “tech neck”, and neck stiffness and pain. Without prevention, compressed discs in our spines, sciatica, forearm and wrist tension, arthritis and hip flexor compression can develop, too!
Recent studies have shown that stress is one of the leading factors of a host of health issues. Thankfully, Yoga is one of the premier tools we have to help counteract stress, while also addressing the physical aspects of our well-being, too.
